Taxi bookings may require advance payment to confirm the ride, especially for outstation, airport, or long-distance trips.
Once a booking is confirmed and a driver is assigned, the booking is considered active and subject to cancellation rules mentioned below.
Refunds may be applicable only in the following cases:
– Duplicate payment made by the customer.
– Booking cancelled by CallMyTaxi due to vehicle unavailability or operational issues.
– Advance payment collected but service not provided.
Refunds will NOT be applicable in these cases:
– Customer-initiated last-minute cancellations.
– No-show at pickup location.
– Trip cancellation after driver dispatch.
– Delays caused by traffic, weather, or route changes.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation and trip type.
– Free cancellation may be allowed if informed well in advance.
– Partial or full deduction of advance amount may apply for late cancellations.
– No refund for cancellations made after trip start time.
Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method (UPI, Bank Transfer, or other approved mode).
Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.
The exact timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:
– Completed trips.
– Partial trip completion due to customer request.
– Additional charges such as tolls, parking, or waiting time.
– Customer dissatisfaction after trip completion without valid service issue.
