– Booking confirmation is shared via call, message, or WhatsApp.
– Fare estimates are indicative and may change due to route, tolls, or waiting time.
– CallMyTaxi reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking if required.
– Payments can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
– Advance payment may be required to confirm certain bookings.
– Toll tax, parking charges, state tax, and driver allowance are additional unless specified.
– Delayed or incomplete payments may result in service denial.
– Cancellations must be informed in advance via call or message.
– Cancellation charges may apply depending on time and route.
– No refund is applicable for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
– Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time.
– Customers must be ready at the pickup location on time.
– Any damage caused to the vehicle by the customer will be chargeable.
– Illegal items, alcohol misuse, or unsafe behavior during travel is strictly prohibited.
– Customers are responsible for their personal belongings.

– We do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to traffic, weather, or technical issues.
– Arrival times are approximate and may vary due to road or traffic conditions.
– We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors.
– CallMyTaxi is not liable for missed flights, trains, meetings, or losses due to delays.
– We are not responsible for items left behind in the vehicle.
– Any disputes during the trip should be reported immediately for resolution.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
